Returns

If you ordered a product from our website, Coalatree.eu, we have a 30-day return policy. Here's what you do:

  1. Send us an email to info@coalatree.eu and we will issue a returns authorisation
  2. You will have to pay the shipment cost returning the product and please send by trackable postage paid.
  3. IMPT:  If your purchase qualified for free delivery and the goods are subequently returned for a refund; the cost of the original standard delivery cost incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4.  If Your orignal purchase qualified for free delivery and value of returned goods means the total cost of the retained goods falls under the free delivery threshold  - the orginal delivery charge will be applied and be deducted from the total refund amount.
  5. Re-stocking - If the customer orders the SAME item in the TWO different sizes and subsequently returns one of the items; Coalatree Europe will charge a restocking fee of £4.50 which will be deducted off the refund amount.
  6. Coalatree Europe will not be responsible for damage or loss in transit.
  7. Please return the product in the original, unmarked packaging including all items that were included in the original package.
  8. Once we receive your product and have checked it We will confirm to you by email and issue a full credit within 10 working days via the original payment method.
